Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step down from partial hospitalization (PHP), offering individual and group therapy 3-5 days a week. The lowest level of care is Hope Harbor Wellness' Outpatient Program (OP) with options for evening sessions. This program is ideal for those who still need extra support 2 days a week but do not require intensive care. Notably, PHP and IOP must be completed before enrolling in the outpatient program.
